DEPOSITS
AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Deposit
upon booking:

three-night deposit

$500 deposit

Rental
balance, plus $50 refundable key deposit, due in full
21 days prior to arrival.

Rentals
with less than 21 days require payment in full, plus
$50 refundable key deposit, at time of reservation.

Cancellation
deadline is 21 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations
with less than a 21 day written notice will result in
a forfeiture of deposit.

No refunds
for late arrivals or early departures.
