DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Deposit upon
booking:
- Weekly,
three-night deposit
- Monthly,
$1,000 deposit
- Rental
balance, plus $50 refundable key deposit, due in full 21 days prior
to arrival.
- Rentals with
less than 21 days require payment in full, plus $50 refundable key
deposit, at time of reservation.
- Cancellation
deadline is 21 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations
with less than a 21 day written notice will result in a forfeiture
of deposit.
- No refunds
for late arrivals or early departures.
